3RD PARTY COMPLIANCE
AES Energy Services has relationships with multiple 3rd party compliance companies that work to verify our safety, training and environmental programs. These partners also verify AES Energy Services insurance and EMR status for client facilities.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING & TRACKING
Substance abuse (drugs and alcohol) is a major concern of AES Energy Services. The use of drugs in the work place has a detrimental effect on safety, quality control, and productivity. It burdens health care benefits and increases absenteeism and turnover. Drug screening is performed through several 3rd party entities utilizing hair follicle and urine testing for controlled substances and breathalyzer testing for alcohol consumption
I3Screen / ISAT
The screening process itself will include, at a minimum, verification of identification, citizenship and Social Security Number; Patriot Act check, and a check into the person’s criminal history report that details any convictions (felonies and misdemeanors) in the previous seven (7) years for any crimes involving theft, violence, destruction of property, or drugs
AES Energy Services contracts with NOVA Medical Centers to provide non-IDLH medical services to our employees at their multiple locations.
